Coming in 100GB, 200GB, 400GB and 800GB capacities, these high performance 2.5-inch SSDs are packed with 19nm MLC NAND Flash memory chips, a SATA 6.0 Gbps interface, a MTBF of 2.5 million hours and can deliver read and write speeds of up to 450MB/s and 400MB/s, respectively. Mushkin has launched a new line of enterprise SSDs, the ProSpec. Coming in capacities ranging from 100GB to 400GB, these SSDs are equipped with either eMLC or MLC NAND Flash memory chips, a SATA 6.0 Gbps interface, a SandForce SF-2582 controller, a MTBF of 2 million hours and can deliver read/write speeds of up to 555/525 MB/s (100GB), 560/530 MB/s (200GB), 540/460 MB/s (300GB & 400GB), respectively. OCZ hits back with a new line of enterprise SSDs, the Intrepid 3600. Coming in 100GB, 200GB, 400GB and 800GB capacities, these 2.5-inch SSDs are packed with 19nm MLC NAND Flash memory chips, a SATA 6.0 Gbps interface, a Marvell 88SS9187 controller, a MTBF of 2.0 million hours, 256-bit AES-compliant and can deliver read/write speeds of up to 510/300 MB/s (100GB), 540/440 MB/s (200GB), 540/490 MB/s (400GB) and 540/485 MB/s (800GB), respectively. Toshiba has come out with a new line of enterprise SSDs, the HK3R. Available in 120GB, 240GB and 480GB sizes, these 2.5-inch SSDs are equipped with 19nm MLC NAND Flash memory chips, a SATA 6.0 Gbps interface, a MTBF of 2.0 million hours and can deliver read/write speeds of up to 500/280 MB/s (120GB Model) and 500/400 MB/s (240GB & 480GB Models), respectively. Super Talent hits back with a new line of enterprise SSDs, the DuraDrive ZT3. Coming in both MLC (32GB to 256GB capacities) and SLC (16GB to 64GB capacities) NAND Flash memory chips, these 1.8-inch SSDs are equipped with an IDE/ZIF-40 interface, ECC/EDC support, a MTBF of 1 million hours and promise to deliver read and write speeds of up to 125MB/s and 110MB/s, respectively.
