We’ve already seen Etsy seller Philip Isherwood’s Saberforge Battle Sabers, a series of very original prop weapons. While I’m still researching how he came up with his utterly unique designs, Philip already upped the ante. He’s now making Saberforge Staffs, which have not one but two blades. This changes everything. This guy is a genius. A genius I say!

Philip is well aware that his props are used by people who like to play both heroes and villains, so he again fired up his innovation engine and came up with two distinct designs. The Decimator Staff, shown above, looks unmistakably evil, while the Grand Master Staff, shown below, is for those who (pretend to) fight for good. Philip’s imagination truly knows no bounds.

Seriously though, these seem like durable and beautiful props. Not only do they have aircraft-grade aluminum handles, they also have force- and motion-sensitive sound effects, meaning they play appropriate audio effects when swung and when their blades clash. Speaking of clashing, the staff’s coupler can be removed if you want to dual wield or share a saber with a friend. Each staff comes with two sets of blades, a pair of 36″ blades and a pair of 32″ blades. A 10w dual-color LED on each hilt provides the lighting.

It’s a quiet book. One that will start your kids’ love for The Lord of the Rings early. The earlier you introduce them to the classic, the sooner they can be geeks in their own right.

This Lord of the Rings quiet book is a perfect starting place for their growing geekiness. This book tells the story quietly, hence the name, with little felt figures, felt pages and even lets your kids dress up Aragorn for adventure. How cool is that? Tolkien’s book was never this interactive.

It’s dangerous to go alone on an empty stomach. Take these. Doesn’t Link look delicious? Legend of Zelda, meet the legend of my hunger. These adorable and beautiful looking cookies were made Trinh Phan aka TheCookieCrave and they really are a geek work of art.

I love how colorful they look and I bet they taste amazing.

And you have to give their maker credit, she could have just posted the photo online, basked in all of our adoration and kept the recipe for herself while she sold them, raking in the Rupees. But no. She has given the world the recipe on her blog so that we can all make them and enjoy.

We definitely need more cute stuff in superhero movies. Like Thor. Remember when Darcy calls his hammer “Mew-Mew?” Well, Etsy seller TwinsGeekShop has taken the nickname and created some literal Mew-Mew hammers. And they are pretty darn cute.

Of course these fabric hammers look like kitties, kitties that can beat you senseless. That is what they are made for, beating each other up with cuteness. Then throwing them on your couch so you can cuddle with them later.

Unfortunately, if you want some Mew-Mew Mjölnirs you may have to wait a while. The seller is based in Russia, and they’re currently sold out. PLus, shipping to the U.S. takes around 21 days. But it is totally worth it. Beating people with cuteness. Is there anything better?

Etsy artist Danielle Ward makes dresses with colors and styles inspired by characters from comic books, as well as animé, sci-fi and other geeky media. Just like superheroes and their costumes, Danielle’s dresses lets you change your look. Each one has a variety of layers and straps that make it easy to convert the style of the dress.

As you may have guessed, the dress above was inspired by Superman. Check out its alternative forms in the gallery below, where I’ve also included Danielle’s Batman, TARDIS and Wonder Woman dresses.
