Other items that will be specific to the Samsung Galaxy S2 Skyrocket with the latest Jelly Bean update would include the browser bar, Drive Mode, AT&T Locker, Mobile Hot Spot, and a Featured Apps widget which will arrive pre-installed. There will no longer be any more Qik and MSpot, and your call quality should end up for the better, too. Once the update is applied, the Samsung Galaxy S2 Skyrocket should be running software version I727UCMC1.

The Galaxy S2 Skyrocket has been out for some time now, but it’s finally getting an official update to Ice Cream Sandwich (months after a working build was leaked). According to reports on XDA-Developers, users have noticed the upgrade being available for download via Samsung Kies. The update brings the phone up to Android 4.0.4 instead of 4.0.3 of the previously leaked build, which means it’s on the latest version of Ice Cream Sandwich.
