The European Parliament today voted in favor of proposed reforms to end cellular roaming charges throughout the continent. Part of the “Connected Continent” changes, the proposal seeks to end roaming charges by Christmas 2015. The proposal was made in September last year and will greatly aid in creating a truly single market for telecommunication services. ”Companies should have the chance to serve all of us,” said Neelie Kroes, Vice President of the European Commission that is behind this proposal.

Dolphins are some of the smarter animals out there in the ocean, and they have been trained by military experts to help locate mines in the past. Would it be possible to communicate with dolphins in an even more intimate manner, through the use of language translation? That might have been dreamed up before, but this time around, a bunch of scientists have been developing a human-to-dolphin language translator which sounds crazy enough to work.

As far as space agencies go, NASA is hands down the most popular in the world. The U.S. space agency has been at the forefront of space exploration for decades, recent achievements include putting a rover on Mars. The DPRK a.k.a North Korea seems to have taken some inspiration from NASA. It has announced the launch of its own space agency called the National Aerospace Development Administration. NADA is the acronym, which is Spanish for “nothing.” More surprising is the stark resemblance between NASA and NADA’s logos.

With the success that Bethesda has had with The Elder Scrolls franchise, we’re sure many gamers are looking forward to the MMORPG version. After all if the single player version was so much fun, imagine taking it to the next level with an online version!

The game is currently set for a release on the 4th of April although gamers who have pre-ordered the game have probably been enjoying their head start. We will be there at BUILD 2014, and are more than interested to see just what Microsoft has in store for the masses. Of course, there will always be speculation of a new Lumia smartphone, but until the day arrives and something official is announced, do expect a fair number of rumors to continue to float around. Having said that, Microsoft’s newly launched website that is known as “Windowsondevices.com” touts that the software giant intends to lay the foundation in developing the next generation of connected devices, where among them might include a smart coffee mug, a teddy bear, basically anything else that as of right now, has nothing to do with the Internet whatsoever.
