Toys “R” Us understands the true spirit of the holiday (naturally, I’m speaking specifically about Cyber Monday–we can talk more about Christmas and Chanukah, et al. at a later date, if you’d like). The toy store is offering up all manner of deals on all manner of products.

Among the discounts are a few blanket deals–things like $10 off of all Kinect for Xbox 360 titles and 60 percent off of Zhu Zhu Pets. We’ve got a small sampling of some of the site’s best deals, after the jump.

Good old Target prides itself in its low prices, so why should Cyber Monday be any different? Cyber Monday: Walmart Deals

Keeping with the modern American capitalist tradition of upping the ante a little bit ever year, Walmart has turned “Cyber Monday” into “Cyber Week,” offering deals all week long, until the online stock on said products runs out–and judging from the mega-retailer’s site, the ploy is working. A number of products are already grayed out on Walmart.com.

Walmart’s offering a number of pretty good looking deals on brand names, including Apple, Microsoft, Nintendo, RCA, and more. Check out some of the choice deals, after the jump.

The list includes headphones, speaker docks, cases, and various other accessories.

Online Sales Up for Black Friday

comScoreBlackFriday.jpg

It looks like we’re all doing our patriotic duty and spending more. Digital business analytics company comScore has reported that Black Friday, the day after Thanksgiving, saw $648 million in online sales, making it the biggest online spending day in 2010 and showing a 9 percent increase over 2009’s Black Friday. All those pre-Black Friday deals worked their magic, as well, as Thanksgiving Day saw a 28 percent increase in online spending, totaling $407 million.

Other winners in the online spending rush are the sites that organize and publicize Black Friday deals. comScore analyzed eight Black Friday deal sites for the five day period that ended with Black Friday and compared it with the previous year. Black-Friday.net led the group with 3.1 million unique visitors, up 42 percent from the previous year.

Amazon continues its week of pre-holiday savings by giving customers a jump one some bandwidth-clogging Cyber Monday deals. To be perfectly honest, some of the deals look awfully familiar (we’ve been seeing some since the site kicked off its promotion, last Monday), but some do seem too good to pass up.

As Amazon puts its, “You shouldn’t have to stand in a long line to get a great deal.” Fair enough. It’s sure to be a bit of a nightmare out there in local shopping malls, so Amazon is offering up some sweet deals online.

After the jump, we’ve rounded up some great Black Friday deals from the site on products like HDTVs, cameras, headphones, and more.
