I-O Data has added a new single-band wifi router to its product page, the WN-G300R2. Corresponding to the standard Wireless LAN IEEE802.11n/g/b, the WN-G300R2 comes with one Internet LAN port, four LAN ports, a WPS button, ‘WiFi Settings Easy’ feature (obtained by simplifying a complicated setting operation, can be connected by simply holding up an NFC-enabled smartphone) and supports for single-band WiFi access point (2.4GHz – 300Mbps). WN-G300R2 will start shipping from late February for 4,200 Yen (about $41). [I-O Data]

I-O Data has unveiled another one of its upcoming frameless LCD monitor, the LCD-MF235XDBR. Adopting the ADS panel, this new 23-inch LED-backlight monitor provides 1920 x 1080 Full HD resolution, 1000:1 contrast ratio, 250 cd/m2 brightness and 14ms response time (4.6ms via overdrive). In addition, it also comes with two built-in 1W stereo speakers and has D-Sub, DVI and 2x HDMI connectors. The LCD-MF235XDBR will go on sale from January 2014 for unannounced price yet. [I-O Data]

I-O Data is preparing to launch their latest wireless LAN cordless handset, the WN-AC433UA. Corresponding to the ‘Draft 11ac’ (the new standard for Wireless LAN IEEE802.11ac), the WN-AC433UA is equipped with a USB 2.0 connection interface and supports for dual-band WiFi access point (2.4GHz – 150Mbps and 5GHz – 433Mbps). Adopting the ‘Blue Light reduction function’ for reducing eyestrain, this new 17-inch LED-backlight monitor provides 1280 x 1024 native resolution, 1000:1 contrast ratio, 250 cd/m2 brightness, 5ms response time and 160/170 degree viewing angles. Not to mention, it also comes with two built-in 1W stereo speakers and has D-Sub and DVI-D connectors.
