Special editions as well as variants of smartphones are nothing new at all, and when it comes to the Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini La Fleur edition, well, it has been talked about before in October, but right now in December, it has been word made flesh – at least in Germany some point down the road. The Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini La Fleur edition will arrive in red, and it does seem to target those who want more floral patterns, keeping in line with all of the other La Fleur editions of Samsung smartphones.
As for the hardware specifications, the Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini La Fleur edition will be similar to that of the normal Galaxy S4 Mini. It comes with a 4.3” 540×960 touchscreen display, an 8-megapixel camera at the back, a 1.9-megapixel camera right in front, a dual-core 1.7GHz processor, 1.5GB RAM, 8GB of internal memory, a microSD memory card slot, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, GPS support, and a 1,900 mAh battery. Apart from that, expect Android 4.2 Jelly Bean to run as the mobile operating system of choice. Expect to be able to pick up the Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini La Fleur edition in Germany this coming January for €417 a pop. That’s rather expensive for an unlocked device with such hum-drum specifications, but then again, you wouldn’t want to buy this for its performance, do you?

Samsung has shown their intent in having a little bit of something for just about everyone when it comes to their collection of smartphones and tablets, and here we are with an extension that caters to the ladies as well as men who want a smartphone which has a softer touch in terms of design, in the form of the La Fleur 2013 models which will comprise of the Galaxy S3, Galaxy S Duos, Galaxy Ace 2 and Galaxy Ace Duos and the Galaxy S3 mini. Granted most of these devices are already well aged, but the La Fleur edition will feature new paint jobs with red/pink accents and floral motives.
Samsung does have a fashionable name for one of its “brands”, where select devices that undergo the La Fleur treatment tend to be more fashion forward. In fact, the South Korean consumer electronics giant has been churning out a handful of La Fleur edition devices since the end of 2009, and it does not look as though Samsung is about to stop anytime now. We have gotten wind that there will be a new bunch of La Fleur smartphones, where the slew of them will be powered by the Android operating system, and they are the Samsung Galaxy S3, Galaxy S Duos, Galaxy Ace Duos and Galaxy Ace 2.
