of our major telecom companies, Sprint is tackling high-speed mobile
while Google is making its mark in the wired internet side of the world.
Both are pressing hard to deliver a gigabit of data each second to the
home in the not-so-distant future.
Usually one learns of a new innovation, invention, social media breakthroughs from techie news sites like Spot, AllThingsDigital. Mashable, and
others. Word traveling fast in real-time is then amplified by all the
major social networks (Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn, for starters) and
if it’s really ‘disruptive’ it will begin to blanket our zeitgeist.
This is then followed by the business trades and legacy publishers
elaborating on the shiny new thing’s various iterations over time.
Common sense tells us that climate changes, namely global warming, will cause glaciers to melt, rising the sea level. Another nefarious effect about which we were not so much aware of is brought by a new study, which reveals that global warming will also put more people in risk of absolute water scarcity. Posted in: Today's ChiliIn September of 2013 a devastating flood hit the Front Range of Colorado (the area on the eastern side of the mountains) was hit by severe flooding. It was worse than any in known history. The town of Lyons was cut off from civilization as the roads in all directions were washed out. Much of the town was washed away or heavily damaged. Spirit Hound Distillers was no exception. Now they are turning the tables on the flood to help the town move forward again.
When you propose to someone, you’re offering to pledge the rest of your
