NEC will launch a new LCD monitor called the MultiSync LCD-P553. Aimed at business users, this 55-inch LED-backlight monitor supports a native resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and provides 4000:1 contrast ratio, 500 cd/m2 brightness, 8ms (GTG) response time and 178/178 degree viewing angles. What’s more, it also comes with NFC pairing function and two built-in 10W stereo speakers, and has D-Sub, mini-D-Sub, DVI-D, HDMI and DisplayPort connectors. Designed for professionals in digital photography, graphic design, video editing and post-production, this new 27-inch IPS LED-backlight monitor provides 2560 x 1440 native resolution, 1000:1 contrast ratio, 300 cd/m2 brightness, 6m response time and 178/178 degree viewing angles. Not only that, the monitor also comes with a built-in calibration sensor and has a DVI-D port, an HDMI port, a DisplayPort and a 2-port USB 2.0 hub. Century Japan is set to launch their latest mobile LCD monitor, the Plus One HDMI (LCD-8000VH). This USB-powered 8-inch LED-backlight monitor provides 1024 x 768 XGA resolution, 700:1 contrast ratio, 300 cd/m2 brightness, 20ms response time and 70/70 degree viewing angles, and features HDMI, D-Sub and Composite connectors. Adopting a TN panel, this new 23-inch LED-backlight monitor provides 1920 x 1080 Full HD resolution, 1000:1 contrast ratio, 250 cd/m2 brightness and 5ms response time. In addition, it also comes with two built-in 2W stereo speakers and has D-Sub and DVI-D connectors.
