Here’s the newest member to NEC’s LCD monitor line-up, the MultiSync EA274WMi. Adopting an IPS panel, this new 27-inch LED-backlight monitor provides 2560 x 1440 WQHD resolution, 1000:1 contrast ratio, 350 cd/m2 brightness, 6ms response time and 178/178 degree viewing angles. In addition, it also comes with two built-in 1W speakers and has a D-Sub port, a DVI-D port, an HDMI port, a DisplayPort and a 4-port USB hub (1 up/4 down, two USB 3.0 and two USB 2.0). iiyama has unveiled a new Full HD monitor ‘ProLite P2252HS’ to its range. Adopting a hardened glass protection panel (2mm thick), this new 21.5-inch TN LED-backlight monitor provides 1920 x 1080 Full HD resolution, 1000:1 contrast ratio, 225 cd/m2 brightness and 5ms response time. Canon has showed off a new 4K LCD monitor to its range, the DP-V3010. Aimed at business users, this new 30-inch IPS LED-backlight monitor provides 4096 x 2560 4K native resolution, 16:10 aspect ratio, 100 cd/m2 brightness (48 cd/m2 DCI) and 89-degree viewing angle (in contrast ratio at over 10:1). This USB-powered 8-inch LED-backlight monitor provides 1024 x 768 XGA resolution, 700:1 contrast ratio, 300 cd/m2 brightness, 20ms response time and 70/70 degree viewing angles, and features HDMI, D-Sub and Composite connectors.
