Alleged Blackberry 10 R-Series “Curve” Photo Surfaces

Alleged Blackberry 10 R Series Curve Photo SurfacesEarlier today we reported that a sketch of what is supposedly the Blackberry 10 R-series was leaked, but unfortunately the sketch wasn’t much to go on. Now the good news is that if a budget Blackberry 10 device sounds like your cup of tea, new photos have emerged (via BBOS), this time alleging to be the photos of the Blackberry 10 R-series “Curve”. We’re not sure if the “Curve” name will stick, but considering that Blackberry uses the Curve lineup for its more affordable phones, with the Bold being its more high-end products, we wouldn’t be surprised if they continued the trend. In terms of design there’s not much to shout about, although the keys on the R-series do look a bit nicer to type on compared to the Blackberry 7 Curve smartphones, but then again it’s all a matter of preference. What do you guys think? Any takers?

Samsung Galaxy S4 S Voice, Wallpapers And Ringtones Leaked And Available For Download

Samsung Galaxy S4 S Voice, Wallpapers And Ringtones Leaked And Available For DownloadWhen one purchases an iPhone, they can expect that the core features will be available no matter which iPhone they use. Android devices on the other hand vary from manufacturer to manufacturer, with some manufacturers tweaking the operating system and adding features of their own to stand out from the competition. Samsung has been doing that with their TouchWiz UI and features like S Voice which is limited to Samsung Galaxy phones like the S3 and the S4.

However if you wanted to get S Voice and other Galaxy S4 features on your Android phone without having to buy the Galaxy S4 for yourself, you’re in luck because the folks at SamMobile have stumbled across several leaks that allows the S Voice APK to be downloaded on your device, along with Full HD wallpapers and ringtones from the Galaxy S4. We can’t speak for the quality of the S Voice APK as it is possible that this might have been taken from the pre-release firmware, meaning that it might not be as stable as you would think. In any case download these at your own risk, but let us know in the comments below as to how it is treating you.

Motorola “Ghost”, “Yeti” and “Sasquatch” Devices Leaked, Could Be Headed For Major US Carriers

Motorola Ghost, Yeti and Sasquatch Devices Leaked, Could Be Headed For Major US CarriersLast week we reported on a video posted that basically gave us a tour of a mysterious Motorola device with the model number, XT912A. The disclaimer in the video stated that this was not the rumored X Phone by Motorola, and now according to reports, this phone could also have an internal codename of “Ghost”, a device that could be arriving on AT&T and other carriers. This was revealed in a GLBenchmark sighting that saw it with an AT&T branding. For those who might have missed the video last week, the XT912A is a mid-high-ranged Motorola device with a 1.7GHJz quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro chipset, a 720p HD display and will arrive with Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean on board.

In addition to the Ghost device, other Motorola devices codenamed Yeti and Sasquatch were also outed, suggesting that these devices could arrive on AT&T as well. Unfortunately unlike Ghost, the specifics of Yeti and Sasquatch have yet to be revealed, but the reports seem to be certain that both these phones will be for AT&T, while Ghost will make its way onto AT&T and the other major carriers. We’re not sure when these rumored devices will be released, but with the video of the XT912A making its rounds last week, we can only assume that it will be soon before Motorola or the supporting carriers make the official announcement.

Samsung Galaxy S III leaked in purple, pegged for April release on Sprint

Samsung Galaxy S III leaked in purple, pegged for April release on Sprint

Starting next month, Sprint loyalists will likely be able to get their paws around the Galaxy S 4. Or, if the budget has been a bit tight, a brand new Galaxy S III. The image above has been posted by the typically-reliable evleaks, showing off a heretofore unannounced purple edition of one of Samsung’s cash cows. We aren’t given too many details beyond a proposed April ship date, but one can only expect it to be offered for a song given the imminent arrival of its successor. To date, the GS III has been issued in red, white, grey, brown and black — clearly, the only thing missing is a version that Willy Wonka himself would endorse.

Samsung GT-i9502 Photos Leaked, Could This Be The Samsung Galaxy S4?

Samsung GT i9502 Photos Leaked, Could This Be The Samsung Galaxy S4?On Thursday Samsung will be taking the wraps off the Samsung Galaxy S4, one of the most anticipated smartphones of the year. While some of its specs have been allegedly leaked and gleaned from a bit of logical deduction, one thing remains a mystery – the design of the phone itself. Well thanks to a post on a Chinese forum alleged photos of a certain Samsung GT-i9502 have been leaked, leading some to speculate that this could be the Samsung Galaxy S4. Upon first glance it looks like the Galaxy S3 and it’s a bit hard to tell without holding the device if it is really a 4.99” display.

However some of the screenshots pictured show the phone’s specs, such as a quad-core processor and a Full HD 1920×1080 display. Of course these could be photoshopped but with the announcement around the corner, there is a good chance that this could be the real thing. At the same time we have to wonder about its design. If you recall not too long ago some alleged Galaxy S4 cases were spotted at CeBIT 2013, and based on that design, it seems that we could look forward to a square-ish design reminiscent of the Galaxy S2, rather than the more curvy Galaxy S3 and the Galaxy Note 2.

Either way we only have a few days to go before the unveiling, so what do you guys make of this? Real or fake?

Leaked Samsung Galaxy S4 Screenshots Reveal Smart Scroll And Smart Pause Features [Updated]

Leaked Samsung Galaxy S4 Screenshots Reveal Smart Scroll And Smart Pause Features [Updated]Earlier this year it was reported that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S4 could be getting features like Eye Scroll and Eye Pause. For those hearing about this for the first time, these are basically features that allows the user to scroll through pages using their eyes/head movement, while the Pause feature will pause videos when the phone detects your head has moved away from the screen (this is done through the use of the front-facing camera). If you had some skepticism of such features coming to the Galaxy S4, hopefully these newly leaked screenshots will be able to prove otherwise. (more…)

Huawei Prism II For T-Mobile Spotted

Huawei Prism II For T Mobile SpottedFor those shopping for an affordable Android smartphone device, Huawei might have an answer for you in the form of the Prism II. Thanks to the folks at @evleaks, press renderings of the device have been leaked. No word on when exactly the Huawei Prism will make its way onto T-Mobile’s network, but if the press renderings have been leaked, we expect that it shouldn’t be too long before we hear an official announcement or hear about its availability. As far as it specs are concerned, there really isn’t nothing to shout about.

The Huawei Prism II will feature a 1GHz processor with a HVGA 480×320 display with Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean running the show, which to be honest is kind of the highlight of the device. This is the follow up to the original Huawei Prism which was released back in May of 2012 for $20 on contract, so we expect the Prism II should find itself priced around that point as well.

Blackberry OS 10.0.10.261 Leaked, Available For Download

Blackberry OS 10.0.10.261 Leaked, Available For DownloadGood news Blackberry Z10 owners, if you’re hoping to update your phone to the latest version of Blackberry 10, the folks at Crackberry have reported that the version of OS 10.0.10.261 has been leaked, so for those of you familiar with sideloading these leaked updates, you can go ahead and download it from the Crackberry forums. Personally I am not too sure how to go about doing that, so it’s best that you should do your homework before going ahead with it. The update is “official”, but it has not been officially released to the masses, so we’re not too sure what exactly has been changed. However according to N4BB, this is the same OS that they are currently running on the Dev Alpha B device, and supposedly there are even more browser improvements, making its performance even better than what it used to be. We expect that there are probably a couple of bug fixes thrown in there as well, but we guess we will have to wait for the official change notes in order to get a clearer picture.
