Venerable Japanese burger chain, LOTTERIA, will roll-out an interesting ramen burger produced under the supervision of a famous Japanese ramen restaurant called “Menya Musashi”.
For a limited time only!!
It consists of ramen noodles that have been seasoned and grilled a bit, serving as the patty, barbecued pork (chashuu) in sweet brown sauce and the obligatory mayonnaise between two buns. It is served with fish (katsuo fish) broth. You can buy “Kaedama” – a second grilled ramen patty – with more soup, for 100 yen.
