Mach Xtreme has just added a new storage capacity to its MX-FX USB 3.0 flash drive line-up by announcing the 256GB model. Just like the 32GB, 64GB, 128GB models, the 256GB model also comes with MLC NAND Flash memory chips, a USB 3.0 connection interface and promises to deliver read and write speeds of up to 300MB/s and 185MB/s, respectively. Mach Xtreme has announced a new line of mSATA mini-SSDs, the MXSSD2MMSK-M. Available in both 32GB and 64GB sizes, these ultra-compact SSDs are compliant with JEDEC MO-300B standard, feature MLC NAND Flash memory chips and capable of delivering read and write speeds of up to 210MB/s and 100MB/s, respectively.
