It is priced at 800 Microsoft Points for Xbox 360 owners, and those who own the PlayStation 3 or PC version of the game can expect to fork out $9.99 if they wish to get their hands on the DLC. New features include the Dead Man Walking 2 Player Co-Op Mode, Run & Stun Mode, Marked Man Mode, and Time Attack Mode. Max Payne 3 DLC “Painful Memories” pegged for December 4th release

Max Payne 3 gamers, if you’re looking forward to even more content for the game after you’ve completed the game in its entirety, you might want to take note that come December 4th, the next Max Payne 3 DLC will be made available. Dubbed Painful Memories, this DLC will introduce four new maps to the game’s multiplayer mode which includes various flashbacks, such as the Roscoe Street Subway, Marty’s Bar, the Branco family yacht in Shoot First and players will be able to wage gang wars in the Canal De Panama map. The DLC is also expected to introduce the IMG 5.56 and UAR-21 assault rifles, new avatars for gamers to choose from, items and a new gameplay feature called the Hangover Burst, which basically causes your enemies to respawn with blurred vision, reduced stamina and health, ultimately giving the surviving player an advantage. The Painful Memories DLC will be priced at 4,000 MS Points on the Xbox 360, and $9.99 for PSN and PC gamers.

Max Payne 3 Disorganized Crime DLC arriving on the 28th of August

If you’re having fun with Max Payne 3, the folks at Rockstar are looking to extend that fun by releasing a free DLC on the 28th of August. Dubbed “Disorganized Crime”, this DLC will include a free multiplayer map (Hoboken Rooftops), along with new modifiers for Score Attack in Arcade Mode. Gamers can also expect to activate explosive rounds, encounter more aggressive enemy AI and will be able to participate in headshots-only contests. There’s even a Noir mode which lets you play the single player campaign in black and white, which could be somewhat novel for a while, might end up being rather annoying. The Disorganized Crime DLC was originally announced earlier this month although no specific dates were mentioned. So if you’re looking forward to this DLC, then the 28th of August will be a date you’ll want to mark down on your calendars.

Free Max Payne 3 DLC headed your way this August

If you’re the type of gamer that burns through games pretty quickly, then DLCs are probably the sort of features and content that you look forward to. If you’ve completed Max Payne 3 already, you might be interested to learn that according to Rockstar, all Max Payne 3 gamers on all platforms can expect to receive a free DLC which will be released sometime in August (no specific dates were mentioned). The company also went on to detail additional DLCs that will be headed our way this September and October as well, although unfortunately these DLCs will not be free. Either way if you’re not familiar with the Disorganized Crime Pack which will be the free DLC released in August, it basically lets players fight it out amongst each other above the streets of Max Payne’s old apartment in the Hoboken Rooftops multiplayer map. So, who’s looking forward to these DLCs?

Max Payne 3 Local Justice Pack DLC now available

If you’ve finished Max Payne 3 and you’re looking for more levels to run around and shoot up bad guys in, you’re in luck. Rockstar Games has just announced the launch of its latest downloadable content pack for Max Payne 3: Local Justice Pack. The DLC features three new multiplayer maps based on areas from the game’s final chapters (The Imperial Palace, Departure Lounge and 55th Battalion HQ), the new M4 Assault Rifle and attachments, the Light Fingers Item for faster looting, a new Sao Paulo Police multiplayer faction and associated new Achievements and Trophies.

For those of you with the Max Payne 3 Rockstar Pass, this DLC will be available for free. The rest of you will have to cough out 480 Microsoft Points or $5.99 on the PSN, depending on which console you have. The PC version will be released on July 17th.
