Here’s the newest addition to I-O Data’s NAS device line-up, the RockDisk Next. Powered by a 750MHz dual-core (SOC) processor, the device is equipped with a 256MB DDR2 RAM, a 3.5-inch SATA HDD bay (up to 4TB), RAID (0,1) support, 3x USB 2.0 ports, 1x eSATA port and 1x Gigabit Ethernet. The RockDisk Next sells for 7,980 Yen / $100 (disk-less model), 15,800 Yen / $198 (2TB model) and 19,800 Yen / $249 (3TB model), respectively. [I-O Data]
