According an earlier rumor, it was suggested that Nokia could be unveiling a couple of new phones at the Microsoft BUILD conference which is taking place on the 2nd of April. The phones in question are the Nokia Lumia 630 and the Lumia 930, but now according to a new rumor, it seems that the Lumia 930 might not be announced at BUILD after all.

This is according to the folks at NokiaPowerUser who claims that their sources have told them that this is because the Lumia 930 is simply not ready for unveiling yet. Perhaps they’re still testing the device or there might be production difficulties, but either way there is a chance the Lumia 930 will be a no-show at the event. (more…)

I suppose for the most of us out there, we would have as much an equal chance to spot the Abonimable Snowman and the Nokia Lumia 630, at least not until now. After all, someone has already spotted the Nokia Lumia 630 running Windows Phone 8.1 in a video, or at least that is the general consensus. Virtual keys were shown off on the front of the Lumia 630, in addition to other features that were garnered from the video which we will talk more about right after the jump.

Nokia Lumia 630 With Windows Phone 8.1 Spotted (Rumor) original content from Ubergizmo.

The Android smartphone from Nokia which is known as the Nokia X, looks set to arrive in the Russian and Belarusian markets by sporting essential search functionality from Yandex. Thanks to the Yandex.Search app arriving pre-installed on the Nokia X alongside the Yandex search engine that is the integrated search provider in the smartphone’s browser, it would make for a very different experience right out of the box compared to the Nokia X in other regions.

Nokia X Series Handsets Hit Russia With Yandex Apps original content from Ubergizmo.

The Nokia Lumia 630 is an upcoming smartphone by Nokia. There’s no word on when Nokia will be unveiling the handset, but with the Finnish company confirming their presence at the Microsoft BUILD conference, some have speculated that is when Nokia will be taking the wraps off the device.

In any case thanks to a recently leaked image, it shows off the Nokia Lumia 630 in real life in China. Based on the image we are looking at, it’s a bit hard to tell that the photo is showing the Nokia Lumia 630 since an entire image of the phone cannot be seen, but according to the leaker, it’s apparently the phone. It looks like early rumors were right and Nokia will indeed be hosting an event of their own during Microsoft’s BUILD conference. The event is expected to unveil new Nokia Lumia Windows Phone handsets like the Lumia 930 and the Lumia 630, but is that all Nokia has to share with us at the event?

According to the invite sent out by Nokia which contains an animation in the “More” word, the “O” keeps flipping around to reveal various icons, one of which (see screenshot above) resembles that of a clock pointing at 1:50AM/PM. (more…)
