Patriot Memory has just added a new storage capacity to its Supersonic Boost XT USB 3.0 flash drive line up by unveiling the 256GB model. Just like the 8GB-128GB models, the 256GB model also comes with an ultra-durable rubberized water resistant housing, a USB 3.0 connection interface and promises to deliver read and write speeds of up to 150MB/s and 30MB/s, respectively. Available in both 16GB and 32GB capacities, these plug and play flash drives feature an extremely durable rubberized casing, a USB 3.0 connection interface and can deliver transfer speeds of up to 80MB/s.
