Back in 1990, in an awesome piece for The New Yorker, author Ian Frazier told the—shall we say—little-known story of Wile E. Coyote’s endless legal battles with the Acme Company. Now, the tale of Coyote’s legal tribulations, suing Acme for grievous personal injury and catastrophic product malfunction, has been designed and republished by Michael Bierut of Pentagram, featuring original diagrams by Daniel Weil.

Remember the classic Road Runner cartoons? That crazy coyote tried everything, but he never managed to catch the Road Runner. No matter how many ACME gadgets he used, his speedy foe always got away. It’s a fun cartoon for kids and adults. And this cartoon is probably why many of us got interested in gadgets at a young age. Thanks Wile E.

The level of detail is really impressive. It was made by Pirikos Cake Design and just looks stunning.
It even features Wile E. Coyote’s blueprint plans. Maybe he’ll get the Road Runner this time. Nah.
