EA Reportedly Secures Publishing Rights For Titanfall 2 [Rumor]

EA Reportedly Secures Publishing Rights For Titanfall 2 [Rumor]Respawn Entertainment’s Titanfall was released not too long ago for the Xbox One and the PC, although as it stands the Xbox 360 version of the game has been delayed to April. Basically what we’re trying to say is that the game is only a little over a week old, but it seems that there are talks about a Titanfall 2.

According to the reports, EA has managed to secure the rights to be the publisher (again) for Titanfall 2. Apparently this was under the condition that the first Titanfall game had to do well in order for EA to pursue that option, but based on reports so far, it sounds like the game is enjoying a fair amount of success despite some minor hiccups. Samsung Galaxy Note 4, LG G3, Vega Iron 2 Will Be Waterproof Devices

Samsung Galaxy Note 4, LG G3, Vega Iron 2 Will Be Waterproof DevicesIt does seem that the next evolution in smartphones would be the inclusion of waterproof capability without making the handset lose any of its aesthetic pleasantness. It seems that the Samsung Galaxy S5 as well as the Sony Xperia Z2 will not be too lonely in the waterproof Android-powered smartphone camp in 2014, as South Korean media has reported that additional devices that feature waterproof capability are in the pipeline for the year ahead – with LG and Pantech part of the effort, too.

Samsung Gear 2 With Cellular Capabilities Rumored For South Korean Launch

Samsung Gear 2 With Cellular Capabilities Rumored For South Korean LaunchBack at MWC 2014, Samsung announced a slew of new wearables, with one of them being the Samsung Gear 2 which is the successor to the Galaxy Gear from 2013, although we’re not sure if it could be called a successor since the Galaxy Gear ran on Android while the Gear 2 is powered by Tizen.

In any case both devices are somewhat similar in their functionality, which is basically providing the wearer with the ability to receive notifications from their phone on their wrist. This saves the user time and trouble from having to take their phones from their bags or pockets, and can come in handy when the phone is put on silent as well. (more…)

Google Voice Rumored To Be Integrated Into Hangouts

Google Voice Rumored To Be Integrated Into HangoutsBack in the day, Google Voice used to receive a fair amount of attention, and why not? It offered users the option to place calls over the internet which means that if they didn’t want to exceed their phone bill, using services like Google Voice and Skype would have been the way to go.

However these days we haven’t heard much from Google regarding Google Voice, which has led some to believe that Google might be letting the feature die, but according to a rumor from 9to5Google, they claim that Google could be integrating Google Voice in the Hangouts in the future. (more…)

Alleged BlackBerry Cyclone BBTV Images SurfaceIt was reported several years ago that BlackBerry (they were known as RIM at that time) was planning on competing with the likes of Apple not on smartphones, but in terms of living room entertainment.

The rumors suggested that BlackBerry were working on a media box similar to the Apple TV codenamed “Cyclone”. Apple Reportedly Picks Samsung To Manufacture iPad Mini Display Panels

Apple Reportedly Picks Samsung To Manufacture iPad Mini Display PanelsIt is no secret that Apple and Samsung do not like each other, however both companies are more than aware that they need each other’s business. Samsung has the technology, the experience, and the size to produce the quality and quantity of components Apple needs, which is why as much as they appear to hate each other through legal proceedings, losing Apple as a client and losing Samsung as a supplier could hurt each other’s business.

This is why it is not completely out of the question to think that a recent report suggesting that Samsung could be helping to produce the iPad mini’s displays could be true. This is according to ETNews who claims that Apple could be turning to Samsung to help produce iPad mini displays, an interesting move since Samsung was not involved at all previously. (more…)
