For a couple months now we’ve been hearing about Apple’s plans to release a new fitness tracking system in the near future called Healthbook. This morning, 9to5Mac reports a lot of details about the rumored health-monitoring app for iOS. The app is impressively exhaustive. How is all of this possible? We’re loathe to say an iWatch might be coming…but maybe?

The iPhone 6 will be Apple’s latest iPhone and if Apple keeps to their timing and schedule, we can expect them to release the handset in the later part of the year. As it stands there has been several rumors floating about regarding its specs, and for the most part it points to the phone being larger than its predecessor, the iPhone 5s. A larger screen would make sense and it is also what Apple users have been clamoring for so it would not be a stretch of the imagination to think that particular rumor is true.
Earlier we had reported that an analyst had suggested that the iPhone 6 could pack several new sensors, like a temperature, atmospheric pressure, and humidity sensors, and now thanks to a tweet by Australian blogger, Sonny Dickson, additional specs of the iPhone 6 have been revealed. (more…)

According to earlier reports, it was suggested that the Samsung Galaxy S5 could be launched earlier than expected in certain markets. However there is a chance that despite the potentially early launch, there could be some supply constraints with the Galaxy S5.
This is according to a report from Korean news outlet, ETNews, which has suggested that there could be some issues regarding the manufacturing of the lens optics for the Galaxy S5’s camera, which could potentially lead to some delays, or at the very least supply constraints for a while until Samsung manages to figure this out. The LG G3 has yet to be officially announced, but so far it seems that the handset has been generating a lot of interest amongst users mainly due to the rumors which has suggested that the phone could pack a QHD display.
In fact this was “proven” recently thanks to a UA profile sighting which “confirms” the resolution, and a recently leaked screenshot which also hints at the device’s QHD display. The iPhone 6 is expected to be released later this year and there have been many rumors surrounding the specs of the device. For the most part the rumors are claiming that Apple will turn to the use of a larger display that would finally put them on par with Android devices who have long had smartphones with huge displays.
Now thanks to a new rumor from electronics analyst, Sun Chang Xu (via her Weibo account), it seems that additional features of the iPhone 6 have been revealed, and these features include new sensors built into the phone such as a temperature, atmospheric pressure, and humidity sensors. (more…)

According to our report from before, it was suggested that the upcoming LG G3 could indeed pack a QHD display with a resolution of 2560×1440. This was based on a UA profile sighting and now thanks to alleged leaked screenshots belonging to that of the LG G3, perhaps the rumors of a QHD display could be true after all.
The full resolution of the screenshots can be found at its source website, LGG3kopen where the dimensions of the screenshot appear to be that of QHD. It also appears to be pretty sharp at full resolution, indicating that these are regular screenshots which have been enlarged to suit the rumors. (more…)

Earlier this year at CES 2014, ASUS unveiled an interesting device called the ASUS Transformer Book Duet. What made it particularly interesting is that it could dual boot both Windows 8 and Android, sort of like giving users the best of both worlds.
However a follow-up report suggested that Google was putting pressure on ASUS to kill off the product because they did not like Android having to share the same device as Windows, especially since both are competing against one another. (more…)

We know that Samsung is a fan of releasing multiple variants of its flagship handset. Back in 2013, we saw the Galaxy S4 released in different versions, like the Galaxy S4 Active, a water-resistant version of the phone; the Galaxy S4 mini which was a smaller and less powerful version of the handset; and the Galaxy S4 Zoom which was basically a Galaxy S4 with a dedicated camera attached to it.
