Silicon Power has announced a new line of rugged USB 3.0 portable hard drives, the Armor A30. Coming in both 500GB and 1TB capacities (black & white color options), these shockproof portable hard drives (MIL-STD-810G Standard) feature a shock-resistant silica gel, building from the internal structure to the exterior, adding an extra shield to withstand crushes and shocks, a USB 3.0 connection interface and a cable wrap-around design. Silicon Power has come out with a new line of USB 3.0 flash drives, the Marvel M50. Coming in capacities ranging from 8GB to 64GB, these high-speed USB flash drives feature a modern aluminum body with delicate stripe pattern, a USB 3.0 connection interface and can deliver read and write speeds of up to 90MB/s and 60MB/s, respectively. Silicon Power is preparing to release a new line of USB 3.0 portable hard drives, the Stream S03. Coming in both 500GB and 1TB sizes, these portable hard drives feature an outer shell that is resistant to fingerprints and dirt, a USB 3.0 connection interface and a built-in LED lamp in the corner (blue for USB 3.0 connection / red for USB 2.0 connection). The Stream S03 will start shipping from late June for about $74 (500GB Model) and $115 (1TB Model), respectively. [Silicon Power]

Silicon Power has unveiled a new line of USB 3.0 flash drives called the Power Blaze B20. Coming in capacities ranging from 8GB to 64GB, these high speed USB flash drives feature a luxurious diamond cut pattern on the front cover, a retractable USB 3.0 connector and a built-in internal LED indicator that will illuminate through the from cover to display data transfer status during use. The 8GB, 16GB, 32GB and 64GB models will begin shipping from late April for about $10, $15, $26 and $50, respectively. [Silicon Power]

Silicon Power hits back with a new line of SSDs, the Velox V50. Coming in capacities ranging from 32GB to 256GB, these 2.5-inch SSDs are equipped with high speed NAND Flash memory chips, a SATA 6.0 Gbps interface, TRIM support, NCQ and RAID ready and can deliver read and write speeds of up to 530MB/s and 200MB/s, respectively.
