I-O Data has come out with a new line of SSDs, the SSDN-3V. Coming in 60GB, 120GB and 240GB sizes, these slim 2.5-inch SSDs (7mm thick) are equipped with a SATA 6.0 Gbps interface, a SandForce 2281 controller and can deliver read and write speeds of up to 306MB/s and 186MB/s, respectively. Intel has just added a new storage capacity to its SSD 335 series by launching the 80GB model.
