Galaxy is set to launch their newest SSD in China, the Thunder GT 128 Pro. Coming in 128GB capacity, this 2.5-inch SSD is equipped with Toshiba-made Toggle-NAND Flash memory chips, a SATA 6.0 Gbps interface, a JMicron JMF667H processor and can deliver read and write speeds of up to 480MB/s and 300MB/s, respectively. Available in capacity up to 512GB, these 2.5-inch SSDs are equipped with MLC NAND flash memory chips, a SATA 6.0 Gbps interface, a SandForce SF-2281 controller, ECC (Error Correcting Code) function and capable of delivering read and write speeds of up to 555MB/s and 550MB/s, respectively.
