Cat Has TIE Fighter Markings: The Empire Claws Back

This cat must be part of the Imperial fleet and he doesn’t even try to hide it. Either that or he is an a never ending war with that TIE Fighter on his fur. Maybe the Empire sends him out to act as a decoy to fool other animals and distract them.

This cat is owned by Ella McConnell, who must make spaceship and laser noises every time it walks by. I know I would. This cat needs to watch out for X-wing cats if he wants to avoid a fight. Maybe he could just face the other way and let it pass.

This is just more proof that God loves Star Wars. Not the prequels though. That is the devil’s work.

This R2-D2 replica was created by their Pastry Chef Fernando Arreola and was inspired by the Star Wars Exposition at the Tech Museum across the Street. The Chef used 150lbs. of White Chocolate Fondant to create this tasty gastro-mech delight.

The scarf is a nice touch and I love all of the details. I would just need a restraining bolt to keep me from eating it all up. They did a fantastic job on this one.

Gingerbread Wookiee: So That’s Why They Call Him Chewy

We’ve seen lots of geeky gingerbread treats, but none so tough as this gingerbread Wookiee. Let them win at games or they will rip your arm out of its socket. Eat a gingerbread Wookiee and they will likely punch you in the gut from the inside.

This tasty gingerbread version of Chewbacca comes from Craftster member kala who does a great job making fine wookie hair and makes a mean bandoleer. It may not be as impressive as a Death Star gingerbread treat, but this guy is pretty darn cute and probably just as tasty.

This is why they call him Chewie, people! I like the eyes, but don’t want him to look at me when I bite into him.

Sophisticated Star Wars Fans Dress in TIE Fighter Argyle

It’s rare to come across a piece of Star Wars clothing that one would ever consider classy, so kudos to the folks at Ian Leino who created this argyle pattern t-shirt that’s made up of perfectly arranged TIE fighters and their hexagonal panels.

Turn Any Door into Han Solo Stuck in Carbonite

Turn Any Door into Han Solo Stuck in Carbonite

You know you want this door decal of Han Solo stuck in carbonite. The 32-inch by 80-inch laminated graphic can be attached and reattached to both doors and walls and is specially designed to create that great 3D-like effect. It really does look like Han could climb right out of there, at least in the sample images.

Buy “The Force” on eBay

The Force. It flows through all things. Now you can buy it on eBay. This “action figure” is right up there with the figures of Aunt Beru and Uncle Owen’s charred remains. The Force is a custom action figure in the style of the old Kenner Star Wars toys.

Sadly, this auction has ended. And it sold for only $13.95(USD). The Force may be powerful, but apparently it isn’t worth much. Well, someone just got Jedi powers for dirt cheap!

I imagine this invisible novelty figure will probably be offered again. Now that word is out, every scoundrel and smuggler and moisture farmer will want this power.

3D Printed Jumbo LEGO Minifigs: Children of the Corn Starch

LEGO opened Cuusoo to let fans pitch ideas for play sets. But if you have a 3D printer, you don’t have to wait and beg for a minifig of your favorite character. Just do what Michael “Skimbal” Curry did and make the minifigs yourself. Skimbal even made his minifigs four times larger than the official LEGO citizens.

Skimbal started with a blank jumbo minifig and went wild from there. Although he hasn’t shared new models for about a month now, he already has several popular characters ready for you to download.

See that headcrab zombie minifig? Half-life 3 is a better bet than an official LEGO version of that. Or maybe not. I may be underestimating Valve Time. Print a browser then head to Thingiverse to download Skimbal’s minifig 3D models.

Death Star Cheese Ball: The Ultimate Gouda in the Universe

That’s no moon, that’s a cheese ball! It is almost operational and when it goes online, it will be the ultimate power in the universe. This awesome cheese Death Star was made by Jennifer Landa who has her sights set on Alderaan and isn’t afraid to fire.
death star cheeseball 620x489zoom in

The edible Death Star was made with cream cheese, bacon bits, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped cilantro, garlic, brown cumin, cayenne pepper, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce and a jalapeño. She mixed it all together, shaped the mixture into a ball, then refrigerated it for an hour. The lines were carved with a knife and then she dug out the concavity for the superlaser with a spoon. Want to make one for yourself? Check out the instructional video below:

When the rebels attack, this large cheese ball is going to blow and become an explosive cheesy poof.

R2-D2 Christmas Wreath: Astromech the Halls

Your Star Wars themed Christmas just got a new piece of decor. Check out Amy Radcliffe’s R2-D2 wreath. It’s the wreath those impressionable Stormtroopers have been looking for.

The colors match the droid and are nice and metallic. The red balls at the top are a nice touch too since they match R2′s red indicator light. And of course you have to have an R2-D2 figure at the bottom. Awesome job, Amy. But this will attract those pesky Jawas. Set out some cookies for them.

You could make one of these yourselves using Amy’s step-by-step instructions. After all, it’s not enough to watch the Star Wars Holiday Special. A true fan must live the holiday special.
