Blizzident Custom Made Toothbrush: Buy It Because You Can

Blizzident custom toothbrush

I usually write about innovations I think are really cool.  The Blizzident is cool, but not the kind of cool I’d like to own.  It’s cool as in very weird.  I mean look at it. Cornelius in Planet of the Apes
rejected this set of chompers because even ape men don’t have such
hairy teeth.  In fact, the Blizzident is a custom toothbrush,
not a set of false teeth, although I bet you’d be a hit wearing it on
Halloween.

Need This New Invention? Tip Flops

Tip FlopsAre you tired of just sitting around the house after you’ve given yourself a home pedicure while you wait for the nail polish to dry? Oh, sure, you have the toe separators to keep your toes from touching one another and ruining your paint job, but if you have to get up you end up lurching about on your heels like Frankenstein on a bender while trying to keep those little piggies perfect. You may just need a pair of Tip Flops.

The Tiny Universe of Lori Nix

Architects, designers, and engineers may create the world around us, but it takes an incredibly talented artist to fool a viewer into believing that they are looking at the real world, when they are actually looking at something that could fit inside a shoe box. Lori Nix creates tiny universes that could fit in a suitcase, showing that size really doesn’t matter when it comes to modern art.

Need This New Invention? Rocky’s Bourbon Beans

Jelly BeansJ.K. Rowling may well have opened a real can of worms when she created
Bertie Bott’s Every Flavor Beans. And yes, can of worms could be a
flavor, right alongside of vomit and earwax. Jelly Belly Jelly Beans
preceded her with their amazing selection of the sweet treat and took
them out of the realm of an Easter-only candy. Now there is a new idea
floating out there on Quirky.com — alcohol-flavored jelly beans.

That might sound strange to you, but for Australian artist Andrew Baines, it sounds like just another day at the office. His living sculptures juxtapose normal people in strange and unexpected settings, usually involving sand, surf, and a healthy touch of Surrealism.
