Telltale Games is going to have quite the busy year in 2014 as they will be in the middle of release episodic content for The Walking Dead season two as well as working on The Wolf Among Us and the new Game of Thrones game. Telltale Games has been keeping the release date and pricing for the second season of The Walking Dead pretty close to themselves, although both pieces of extremely important information have been revealed on Steam. According to the updated Steam page, December 17 is when you should expect the second season of The Walking Dead to be released. Purchasing the entire second season will cost $22.49, which is a 10% discount from its full retail price of $24.99. (more…)

Those who played through the first season of Telltale Games’ The Walking Dead are waiting impatiently for its second season to be released, which we reported earlier this year would be happening this fall. It’s safe to say The Walking Dead game has had a pretty successful term on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 — still, there’s always a chance to grow beyond the more traditional consoles. With that in mind, Telltale Games announced today its plans to bring the zombie-heavy gaming series to the OUYA later this year. The game studio behind the title doesn’t go beyond saying it’ll be “coming this winter.” However, it did say the release will include The Walking Dead: Season One along with the 400 Days DLC. The second season, meanwhile, is said to be in the works and due to follow at some point in the future. Owners of the tiny, Android-based box will be able to play the first episode at no cost, which should help decide if they want to carry on with the rest of the story or, you know, keep playing You Don’t know Jack.
