An English company called Tamicare is gearing up to make disposable underwear using 3D printers. While we’ve seen 3D printed clothing before, that example was made of nylon mesh. Tamicare on the other hand claims that its underwear will feel just like woven fabric, thanks to its Cosyflex printing technology.

Tamicare uses Cosyflex to print a hybrid fabric by mixing polymer “such as natural latex, silicon, polyurethane and Teflon” with textile fiber such as cotton. The resulting textile is said to be very stretchable, comfortable and can be printed in a variety of colors.

The best part? Tamicare’s 3D printers can make one pair of disposable undies in just three seconds. Three freakin’ seconds.

Tamicare also said that Cosyflex can be used to make other types of clothing, such as bandages and sportswear. Imagine having bespoke clothing in minutes, if not seconds. 3D printing is the bees’ knees.

The once great console maker Atari has been reduced to a mere pixel of itself these days. While Sony and Microsoft are gearing up for a new console war, Atari is left catering to old school gamers with keychain consoles. Adam of SheekGeek made a display that matches both the figurative and literal size of Atari’s game system. It’s so small that you can barely see what’s on screen.

Yep, that’s the display, which is a module from an old Sony Handycam, next to a U.S. postage stamp. It’s so small that Adam has to use a macro lens on his camera so he can demonstrate it on video.

How do you follow up Pac-Man light bulbs and an aquarium in a phone booth? With a police car turned into a Chicken Coop obviously. Benedetto Bufalino strikes again.

His newest piece of art is The Police Car Barn. That seems like a natural progression. I’m sure these police cars feel like a chicken coop to the criminals that ride in them, so it makes at least a little bit of sense. This functional chicken coop was built inside of an old 1970s era French police car.

The interior was gutted and he propped up the hood, the trunk and the passenger door for some extra room.

These chickens have it good. A cool car and lots of room. It must be a pain to clean up though. And forget about it if you have to drive this thing in a high-speed pursuit.

Sometimes the stuff cluttering your desk and bookshelves just needs a little something extra. But what is it that’s missing? Well I’ll tell you. You need to put some feet on it.

Yes, thanks to the marvels of 3D printing technology, you can now add little feet to pretty much anything, thanks to Little Feet for Everything. These silly accessories are made from ceramics cast from 3D printed molds. They’re perfect for adding a base to all sorts of inanimate objects. Just put some sticky dots on them, and they’ll hold in place.

And these little feet don’t just come in human form, nope. There’s also an option for chicken feet – which reminds me of the time I went to a Chinese dim sum meal where they spoke very little English and when I asked for chicken, they presented me a plateful of delightful chicken feet to suck on. No thanks.

Mad Catz recently announced the littlest member of its S.T.R.I.K.E. gaming keyboards. The S.T.R.I.K.E. M is a wireless keyboard designed to be used with mobile devices and the company’s M.O.J.O. Android micro-console. Mad Catz sure loves periods.

The keyboard connects to devices using either NFC or Bluetooth. It has a couple of features that should set it apart from other mobile keyboards. First is the ability to save multiple macro commands, and second is its Optical Finger Navigation (OFN) mouse sensor, i.e. a tiny trackpad.  I’m not entirely sure, but I think the trackpad is that tiny patch on the upper right of the keyboard that’s flanked by left- and right-click buttons. Sorry lefties.

Mad Catz didn’t provide the dimensions of the keyboard, but Kotaku has a shot of the keyboard in someone’s hand. Not as helpful as actual measurements – it may have been a gnome holding it in the photo – but it’s better than nothing.

The keyboard also has controls for brightness, volume and media playback. It also has backlighting and a rechargeable internal battery, but no word on how long it will last per charge.

Another detail that Mad Catz failed to mention is the price of the S.T.R.I.K.E. M, although they did say it would be available this holiday season.

Are there really mobile gamers that need or want a keyboard? Mad Catz certainly thinks so. Besides, it could just be gearing up for its Android micro-console, which will eventually be able to stream games from a PC to the TV or monitor that it’s hooked up to. I think the most important question here is how cramped the keys are. The keyboard itself doesn’t seem to be that small, but its odd shape and the strange use of space on its perimeter are what forced the keys to be small. I’m also really interested in seeing how that tiny trackpad holds up in real world use.
