Eden’s Paper Comes Embedded With Seeds

Eden’s Paper Comes Embedded With SeedsThis Christmas, you might want to take the road less traveled when it comes to wrapping your gifts. I am quite sure that many of us just tear into our gifts without giving too much thought into the kinds of wrapping paper that we use, and afterwards, we either recycle those wrapping papers or throw it away without a second thought. Well, here is a radical idea – why not “plant” your wrapping paper underneath some good soil? This is what Eden’s Paper is all about, being a wrapping paper that comes embedded with seeds, so that you will be able to have them sprout into vegetables to give you something green and leafy to chew on after all of the Christmas and New Year festivities.

Eden’s Paper is an idea that was mooted by the UK-based firm BEAF, on behalf of a print factory. The wrapping paper itself will come printed with the cultivar that it holds, and it is definitely garden-ready, whether torn or otherwise. As to the different kinds of crops that it will be able to yield, you can choose from chili, carrot, onion, tomato and broccoli, or for those who love variety and think that it is the spice of life, why not settle for a mixed package instead? The paper itself is made out of recycled fibers and is printed with organic vegetable inks.

Unwrap It, Then Plant It: 100% Plantable Wrapping Paper

Every year, trash cans all around the world overflow with discarded gift wrap and packaging on Christmas morning. Some people take the time to unwrap their presents carefully on Christmas eve so the paper can be recycled, but the majority don’t have the patience (or simply don’t care enough) to do so. That’s where the plantable wrapping paper by Eden’s Paper comes in.

Plantable Wrapping Paper This unusual wrapping paper sports colorful designs that reflect what type of seeds are embedded in the paper itself. That means the entire paper is a giant seed packet that you can use to plant in your garden. How cool is that?

Naturally, it follows that the giftwrap is biodegradable, offering more eco-friendly options for its disposal.

Give The Gift Of A Gift That Looks Like Raw Meat

There is something so fabulous about this idea. Even though it’s overpriced and probably aesthetically overwrought or something, the idea of wrapping gifts to look like raw meat is just beautiful. It brings the whole joke gift genre to a new level. Or makes people extra excited when their gift turns out to be awesome or even passable. If you’re someone who never wraps gifts this could be the turning point.
