The Last of Us Remastered PS4 Pre-Orders Tipped on Sony Online Store

Late last month we mentioned that a Sony software manager overseas had tipped that The Last of Us would be heading to the PS4 game console this summer. At the time, we had no other proof that the game was in the works for the new console. That has now changed.

Today a banner turned up on the Sony Entertainment Network online store for The Last of Us Remastered for the PS4. The banner lists a price of $59.99 and says that you can pre-order the game now. Sadly, when you click that banner it gives to a page not found error.

That means one of two things. Either the banner is broken or someone went live with the banner before it was supposed to. Considering the banner has been up since early this morning and is still there as of this writing, it’s probably just broken.

Watch People Freak Out When They See Ghosts Inside an iPhone Camera

This prank is such pure evil genius that you can’t help but laugh. And feel bad because you’d get freaked out too. Funny man Jack Vale scared the creepy crawly goosebumps out of people by asking strangers to take his picture with his iPhone. Why’s that scary? Because Vale had pre-recorded a fake ‘ghost’ (or zombie) walking through the frame of the camera so people would think they just saw a dead person that wasn’t there in real life move across the screen. What the people thought they were seeing in real time was actually a horrifying recording.

Finally A Zombie-Fighting Toilet Brush Rifle With Scary Accuracy

As Joerg points out, toilet brushes tipped with nine inch nails are a much-beloved form of ammo on the Slingshot Channel. But the old toilet brush crossbows didn’t really have a sighting system. So Joerg got serious and created a toilet brush sniper rifle, complete with telescopic sight, that can shoot with precision from 22 yards. The brushes plowed through 10mm plywood board and went 4 inches into the archery mat behind. They also went through 1.5 inch oak plank. This is one of Joerg’s more bizarre inventions, but it’s pretty amazing to see how much he can hone concepts based on seemingly impractical materials like toilet brushes.

Zombie Animated Backpack lets your little one scare others

zombie-snotty-bagGoing back to school is an annual affair for many children who have the privilege of an education, and sometimes, that is the place where they learn about stuff such as peer pressure. Sometimes, they might even come home and tug at your shirt, asking you to buy them the latest pencil case or backpack. Perhaps it is time you indulged your little one for once, after all, how many years do you have with them before they fly away from the nest? Here is where the $39.99 Zombie Animated Backpack delivers a humorous take on what is normally approached with fear and trepidation.

The backpack will not only feature enough nooks and crannies to stash away your little one’s books and other kinds of knick knacks, but it will also boast of its fair share of features. Snot the Zombie will live up to his name, dripping snot straight from his nose, while you can also control him with but a push of a button, making all sorts of funny faces to elicit laughter from the rest of the class. Some of the facial movements include rolling his eyes around and being able to gurgle some zombie noises. Powered by a trio of AA batteries, it might eventually be banned from classrooms as it should provide more of a distraction than anything else.
