The iPhone 5c is probably one of Apple’s iPhones that isn’t doing as hot as it should. But why not? After all it is cheaper than the iPhone 5s, shouldn’t that be a reason why customers pick it over its more expensive sibling?
Well according to our previous report, former Apple ad exec thinks otherwise. He thinks that due to the price difference being only $100, customers would rather pay that difference for a newer and more powerful phone. That makes sense, but could there be another reason why the iPhone 5c is a flop? Well Piper Jaffray analyst Gene Munster seems to think that iPhone cases could be the cause of it. (more…)
