Android 4.4 KitKat Will Display Your Google+ Photo When Calling An Android Phone

If you’re an Android owner who has ignored Google+ for the most part, it’s going to be difficult to continue to do so as Google plans on displaying a user’s Google+ profile photo when that person calls an Android device.
The Google+ profile photo feature will be available as an update to Android 4.4 KitKat’s new caller ID service, which will allow Google to automatically match phone numbers for both incoming and outgoing calls with their Google+ names and profile photos. The new feature is expected to enabled starting in “early 2014,” according to Google employee Attila Bodis. (more…)
