New York Democratic mayoral candidate Anthony Weiner cannot seem to escape awkward moments and conversations this week, after a new sexting scandal came to light on Tuesday.
Appearing at a campaign event Thursday in the Bronx, a moderator asked the panel of New York mayoral candidates whether they prefer Twitter or Facebook.
When the question reached Weiner, both he and the crowd erupted with laughter. Weiner’s initial scandal broke in June 2011 when he mistakenly tweeted out a lewd photo of himself, leading to his resignation from Congress.
