Apple is reportedly in the process of building a new office space next to Manhattan’s Union Square. According to the old anonymous sources, the company is looking to house the iAd mobile advertising team in the new space.
The team is said to currently be holed up in the former Quattro Wireless space, which SF Gate says possesses a ” very start-up feel.” The space is very small, however, and not intended to hold more than 30 employees. The company has an even smaller space above its 14th st. store, west of where the new office is set to open.
The new space is apparently an attempt to win over the Madison Avenue suits.
