The ARCHOS 97 Carbon Android tablet is currently available in the U.S. market. Priced at $249.99, the gadget features a 9.7-inch multitouch display with a 1024 x 768 pixel resolution, a 1GHz ARM Cortex A8 processor, a 1GB of RAM, WiFi, a 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera, a 2-megapixel rear-facing camera, a G-sensor, a 16GB of internal storage and a microSD card slot for storage expansion of up to 32GB. The ARCHOS 97 Carbon runs on the Google Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system.
