ASUS has introduced another ultra-slim external DVD writer ‘SDRW-08U5S-U’ to its range. Measuring only 13mm thick, the SDRW-08U5S-U comes with a built-in hidden stand (customers can quickly switch between horizontal and vertical placement as desired) and is bundled with Disc Encryption II for security. Unfortunately, there’s no word on pricing and release date yet. [ASUS]
