Earlier today we reported that Microsoft’s CEO, Steve Ballmer, express his optimism at how despite the Windows Phone market share being so low, he actually views it as an opportunity, but it seems that despite his optimism, he admits that he wish more could have been done. Speaking at Microsoft’s 2013 Financial Analyst Meeting, Ballmer admitted that he wished that he had deployed more talent to the Windows Mobile platform back in the day. (more…)
