CLEVELAND — On the verge of changing owners, the Cleveland Browns got something else new – a win.

Rookie Brandon Weeden threw two touchdown passes and the Browns snapped an 11-game losing streak going back to last November, beating the Cincinnati Bengals 34-24 Sunday.
