Here we have a new line of USB 3.0 external hard drives from Buffalo, the HD-GDU3. Available in 1TB, 2TB and 3TB sizes, this external hard drives feature a USB 3.0 connection interface, a 1GB of DRAM cache and are backed by a one-year warranty. The 1TB, 2TB and 3TB models will start shipping from late February for around $177, $214 and $285, respectively. [Buffalo]
