It’s almost that time of year again, and if you’re still looking for the perfect tree you may want to consider this new creation from DesignPack. The tree is 100 percent recycled because it’s made from old plastic bottles and recycled cardboard.
For 69€–or around $90USD–you’ll get a sturdy cardboard stand to hold the bottles. But in the name of recycling, you’ll actually need to provide the bottles yourself. And for every “tree” sold, DesignPack will donate 2€ to the World Wildlife Federation.
To promote the fake plastic trees, DesignPack erected a number of large bottle trees in Paris.
