Colorful 320GB SL500 SSD Launched

Colorful Technology has recently added a new storage capacity ‘320GB’ to its SL500 SSD line-up. Adopting gold-plated printed circuit boards to realize excellent corrosion resistance and stable data transfer, this slim 2.5-inch (7mm thick) SSD is built with Intel 3D TLC NAND Flash memory chips, an Silicon Motion-Controller IC SM2258XT controller, a SATA 6.0 Gbps interface, SMART support, TRIM support, DEVSLEEP support, NCQ support and an MTBF of 1.5 million hours.
Performance-wise, the 320GB SL500 SSD can deliver sequential read and write speeds of up to 530MB/s and 450MB/s, random read (IOPS 4KB) and write (IOPS 4KB) speeds of up to 50000 IOPS and 75000 IOPS, respectively. The Colorful 320GB SL500 is available now for 9,980 Yen (about $89). [Product Page]
