Leonard Nimoy is a nice guy. I can attest to this fact–just don’t tell him that you work for PCMag. He will call security. What began as a perfectly pleasant conversation with the former Star Trek star on the floor of Comic-Con quickly took a dark turn when he casually asked what company I was with. “PCMag,” I told him.
“Get the police, get this guy out of here,” he answered, smilingly, and then immediately called out for security. So much for the cool-headed Vulcan. It was all in good fun, of course (I’m pretty sure). Nimoy tells me that he’s a Mac guy.
And here I had just assumed that he’d had a falling out with Dvorak. Thankfully, I narrowly avoided the Vulcan Nerve Pinch.
