Dell And Google Team Up To Create A Personalized Home Page

It appears that a user over at Google Blogoscoped has shown what the Dell Home Page is on a new Dell computer. I purchased a Dell computer in October of 2005 and my web browser was not configured with this so it must be pretty recent. They also stated that their computer came with Google Desktop Search (GDS) and the Google Toolbar. Do we have some unspoken deals going on here?
