Dell has come out with their new touchscreen all-in-one desktop PC, the New Inspiron 23 5000 (Platinum Touch Model). Specs-wise, the this space-saving system is equipped with a 23-inch 1920 x 1080 Full HD multi-touch display, an Intel Core i7-4770s processor, an AMD Radeon R7 A265 2GB graphics card, an 8GB DDR3 RAM, a 2TB hard drive, a Blu-ray drive, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0 and runs on Windows 8.1 OS with Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 & Premiere Elements 12 pre-installed.
