The name itself is nigh unpronounceable, where DENZIPFADEN is the result of Dutch fashion designer Maartje Dijkstra’s work that will target DJs by delivering an interactive, high fashion outfit. This men’s outfit will let you alter the volume of your music and throw in samples as well as anything else that you want to do with a MIDI controller. All you need to do is pull on the half dozen zippers on the suit and a bracelet, and you are good to go. This particular project was developed alongside DJ and electronic composer Beorn Lebenstedt (Newk), which makes plenty of sense since it takes a DJ to know what another DJ wants. (more…)
