About a month ago, the creator of Flappy Bird announced that he would be removing the game from all of its respective app stores (he later states that the game will be making a return). He claims that people were getting too addicted, that and the fact that all this newfound attention was a little too much for him to handle. In the meantime during the time that Flappy Bird was gone, we came across multiple clones on the iTunes App Store and Google Play.
In fact if you recall, you might remember that we covered a “real life” version of Flappy Bird which was made using paper, cardboard, and some tech wizardry. Well the good news is that if you loved what you saw in the real life version of the game and would like to get your hands on one yourself, you might be interested to learn that its creator has turned to Kickstarter to launch the project.
