President Donald Trump just wants some “Mercy” from the media.
POTUS appears to ask the press, who last week he dubbed “an enemy of the American people,” to lay off him in this mashup of Shawn Mendes’ hit ballad.
YouTube channel TrumpSings cut footage of Trump’s speeches with an instrumental version of the Canadian singer’s track.
The parody video kicks off with Trump blasting the media for trying to “attack our administration because they’re not happy for whatever reason.”
“Please have mercy on me, take it easy on my heart,” he then sings. “Even though you don’t mean to hurt me, you keep tearing me apart.”
