You probably know Charles Phillips as the former co-president of Oracle. You may well also know him as the guy whose image graced a number of billboards alongside his alleged ex-mistress, YaVaughnie Wilkins, featuring the words, “” ‘You are my soulmate forever’ – cep.”
Phillips left Oracle and was quickly replaced by HP’s Mark Hurd–an executive with some troubling sex allegations of his own.
Like Hurd before him, Phillips has landed on his feet pretty quickly. The executive just scored a job at Infor, an Atlanta-based business software maker. It’s not exactly Oracle, but the company does manage to sell $2 billion worth of software to small and medium-sized businesses.
Phillips, naturally, is thrilled about the whole thing “This is a rare opportunity to be the chief executive of an applications company with real scale,” he told the press. “I am thrilled to be doing this.”
Phillips will be assuming the role of CEO at the company.
