I-O Data will launch their newest LCD monitor, the LCD-AD171E. This new 17-inch monitor provides 1280 x 1024 native resolution, 1000:1 contrast ratio, 250 cd/m2 brightness, 5ms response time and 170/160 degree viewing angles, and consumes just 16.1W of power during normal operation. In addition, it also comes with two built-in 1W stereo speakers and has D-Sub and DVI-D connectors. Coming in both black and white color options, the LCD-AD171E will go on sale from the end of May for unannounced price yet. [I-O Data]
