Intel SSD Pro 1500 Series

Intel is proud to announce a new line of enterprise SSDs, the SSD Pro 1500 Series. Coming in capacities ranging from 80GB to 480GB (available in 2.5-inch & M.2 form factors), these business-class SSDs are packed with 20nm MLC NAND Flash memory chips, a SATA 6.0 Gbps interface, a built-in 256-bit AES hardware encryption, an LSI-SandForce SF2281 controller, a MTBF of 1.2 million hours and can deliver read and write speeds of up to 540MB/s and 490MB/s, respectively.
