Jimmy Fallon just stole the show … and Stephen Colbert’s award.
On Monday night’s Emmys, “The Colbert Report” took home the award for Outstanding Variety Series. At least, we think so.
When announcing the award, Gwen Stefani sort of flubbed over the winner’s name:
Who was that, Gwen? Adele Dazeem?
Jumping at the chance in case Stefani had made a mistake, Fallon jumped on stage and hilarity ensued as Colbert let him have the mic and whispered in his ear what to say:
