South Korea’s government regulators has ruled yesterday Thursday that bloatware could eventually be a scourge that is removed from smartphones, which is good news indeed. According to South Korea’s Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning, it ruled that beginning in April onward, device manufacturers as well as wireless carriers will need to enable users to delete built-in software so that additional room can be freed up for storage purposes.
